1.Blue Fin Venue – Blue Fin Building
Situated on London’s South Bank, Blue Fin has great views over London and is ideal for those looking for a great view on a budget. Occupying the 10th and 11th floors of the Blue Fin office building it has stunning floor to ceiling views of St.Pauls, Tate Modern and Docklands.
2. Landing Forty Two – Leadenhall Building
Located 500ft above the city in the heart of the financial district the venue offers over 5,000 sq. ft of flexible event space. Suitable for up to 300 guests the venue offers fantastic views of the river and many of London’s major landmarks.
3. The View from the Shard – The Shard
With is 360 degree uninterrupted views of London, the View from the Shard boasts one of if not the best view in London. Their Sky Deck on Level 72 has been fully themed as a garden, complete with a grassed floor and numerous flower displays making for a tranquil event space high in the sky.
4. City Social – Tower 42
Situated within skyscraper Tower 42 in the City of London, City Social is a venture created by chef Jason Atherton. Featuring art deco style interiors, it has a wonderfully glamourous feel and the curved booth style seating offers stunning vistas over the gherkin, the cheese grater and many other London landmarks.
5 Kensington Roof Gardens – 99 Kensington High Street
Kensington Roof Gardens is a beautiful and exotic roof garden covering 1.5 acres on top of the former Derry and Toms building on Kensington High Street. The rooftop gardens are 100 feet above the ground and are split into three themed gardens; a Spanish Garden, Tudor Style Garden and English Woodland Garden. Among the wildlife are 100 species of trees, a stream and pond and four flamingos.
6. Searcy’s Gherkin – Gherkin
The top two floors of this world renowned office building hosts a beautiful event space run by Searcy’s. The glass domed space offers an intimate atmosphere for events with stunning views over the city. The venue can cater for up to 140 for dinner or 260 for a standing reception.
