What did you get up to over the Christmas period?
I was very lucky this year and spent my Christmas down under in the sunshine with my boyfriend and his family! They celebrate Christmas over three days with their HUGE family, so it was a never-ending feast of delicious food.
What was your favourite part about Australia?
That’s a tough one as I had so much fun with everything I did! I loved Melbourne as a City, it such had such good vibes and even better food! I also got to go horse riding the bush, which was a highlight.
How was it having Christmas in the sun?
It was nice to be able to spend time outside and attempt to get a tan over the Christmas period! Although, I struggled on Boxing Day as it was extremely hot – stood in front of the fan for most of the day!
What did you do for New Year’s Eve?
I spent my New Year in Sydney with my boyfriend, we watched the 9 o’clock fireworks on the harbor and then rang in the New Year in town with a few drinks.
What Aussie slang did you learn?
I know have a habit of saying “aye” at the end of all my sentences!
