It’s a well know fact these days, that a happy and healthy employee will contribute to a successful and thriving business, yet sometimes staff wellbeing can tend to be overlooked. We get it, sometimes it is just so busy at work that *blink* and its Christmas 2018 and you hear the distant mutters of “where has the year gone”. Perhaps, along the way you’ve lost some employees or stress levels have reached another level that NASA wonders how you’ve reached those dizzily heights of “stress heads” in one place. Don’t believe me… just take a look for yourself:
