At Story we strive to make your events creative and professional in any environment, so we have designed a studio package to suit all your live streaming and hybrid event needs! Start presenting online directly from our studio space in London Bridge, from your office, or any other chosen venue in the UK.
We’re offering these competitively-priced packages to help combat virtual event fatigue and enhance hybrid event impact by increasing your production values. This will breathe new life into presentations and continue to build engagement with your online content.
We’ve specifically chosen portable equipment including two HD cameras, video mixing, studio lighting and lapel microphones which enables us to take our setup to your office, home or venues for on-site and hybrid streaming. There is flexibility to incorporate autocue, telecommuting and PIP effects where required, in addition to a green screen for layering backdrops or graphics under the host.

We offer a range of package options, but we are happy to quote for larger or multi-day projects utilising our equipment and experienced production team. See the versatile options on offer below or reach out to our helpful team who can source the right studio setup for your event!
Half day
Ideal for a short presentation, company address or snippets of high quality content for marketing or social media purposes. This package enables you to walk in and begin presenting, streaming or recording straight away.
Full day
Suitable for longer presentations or multiple sessions to be filmed back to back. Should you wish to rehearse the presentation or content, this option gives you ample time to feel comfortable in front of the camera.
Remote location
If you have a preferred location to broadcast from or record at, we will bring our studio setup to you. This is best delivered with a strong internet connection for live streaming, but we are happy to discuss options if this is not available.
Recorded
If you are looking to reduce the pressure of live streaming, we can record and edit ready for broadcast on your desired platform.
