Story are so excited to have some new faces joining the team, so we wanted to introduce our newest member, Jess Davies.
With a background working in some of London’s most prestigious venues, and with over 6 years’ experience in the events industry she prides herself on finding solutions to some of her clients most ambitious requests – turning the ‘impossible’ into a reality!
Here is our five minute’s with Jess:
What’s the best event you’ve worked on?
My all time favourite event was planning a luxury jewellery showcase with Harrods. This was such a special event to be involved in as it was the first time the world famous store’s jewellery was being displayed in an external venue. The event featured over 100 trees, 4.5 miles of cabling and an immersive rainstorm – it was definitely one to remember!

Proudest Event Moment
Being the project lead for the Engage Summit Gala Dinner at Banqueting House. The guest list was full of the world’s best events and wedding planners who had travelled all the way to London for a week to experience the best of London’s event industry. The event was a beautiful evening which included a floral tunnel into the Main Hall and LED lights running through the high and low floral displays positioned on the long banqueting style tables.
Favourite thing to do outside of work
Spending time with my fiancé, family and friends. I love experiencing new places whether it’s a restaurant in London or a holiday to a new destination. Wedding Planning is also becoming my latest hobby!
