The Story Events team had a chance to celebrate our successes of 2022 and let our hair down at Hospitality Rocks earlier this month!
The show stopping event, organised by our friends at SMART, was an unforgettable evening. We were welcomed with a red carpet entrance which gave us a taste of the VIP lifestyle that awaited us as we tried to avoid the paparazzi!
The party of the year was hosted at Battersea Evolution and this year had a New York City theme. We enjoyed listening to the variety of different entertainment acts during the pre-dinner reception as we caught up with our industry friends and valued suppliers.
After a balloon drop and the sounds of “New York, New York” playing we made our way into the main events space. It was fantastic to have our team all together to celebrate the hard work of 2022. We were amazed by the entertainment which included scenes from the west end musicals Lion King and Moulin Rouge!
We then had a delicious three course dinner which consisted of Salmon, Lemongrass and Beets Treacle, Slow Braised Irish Beef and Layered Supreme Chocolate for dessert. The vegan menu was also fantastic and perfect for those that have been taking part in Veganuary.
After dinner we danced the night away to the brilliant party band and DJ with some of the team also enjoying the onsite bumper cars! The event was a great way to celebrate the last twelve months and get excited for the next twelve!
