We recently caught up with some of our industry friends to find out what they have planned for Christmas 2023. Keep reading to hear how our conversations unfolded!

Be in Your Element is a wellness events company providing tailored holistic experiences, workshops & breakout sessions for live, virtual, or hybrid events. We provide a personalised service to create and implement employee well-being programmes, workshops, and events.
Our packages are built around the four elements of life, with each element representing a human emotion.
We believe whatever you do, you should be in your element. We are passionate about creating memorable experiences that not only enhance well-being but that provide transferable skills for our clients to take back into their day-to-day lives.
How do you stand out from other suppliers?
We have been on a special journey to bring you some of the best practitioners from the health and wellness industry from all over the world. Our goal is to make well-being accessible, by inspiring and empowering people and organisations to nurture themselves to improve and connect with their health and well-being. And we start the process from day one but taking the stress and strain this Christmas off your shoulders to create and unforgettable experience that your head and heart will remember, with over 100 x well-being sessions, including workshops and talks on offer, we have you covered from every element!
What are you offering this Christmas?
This year we have packages that include ‘Christmas Calm’ – Remove the chaos and enjoy the calm this Christmas with breathwork, mindfulness, mediation and over 20 different yoga sessions (Christmas tree pose optional with 1!) To ‘Seasonal Senses’ – Fully immersing yourself into your senses and out of your head for a few hours, with aromatherapy, perfume making, candle making, sound bath, healthy chocolate making and massages. And if you really aren’t ready to face winter just yet, go against the norm and create your own ‘ Festive Festival’ – Create your own Feel Good Festival this Christmas and chose from over 100 x well-being sessions to run simultaneously. Who says you need the summer sun for the festival feel good vibes! We will also be offering ‘Winter Wellness’ packages focusing on gut health, getting a good night’s sleep, breathwork and winter movement.
We believe that everyone’s well-being is important which is why we support iheart, a registered charity that supports young people, parents, schools and educators by providing a range of specialised courses and programmes on mental health education, resilience and well-being.
5% of all event profits is invested in helping the younger generations well-being and mental health, as we are on a mission to be part of the prevention as much as the cure.

Mix & Match
A brief description of who you are and what you offer.
We are Mix and Match, a creative and dynamic cocktail events company. Cocktails are our speciality and our love, we want to share the love with you! If you want cocktails at your next event that rival the world’s best bars, you’ve come to the right place. Our services include:
- Bespoke cocktails designed to perfectly complement your next event’s style or branding.
- Interactive cocktail masterclasses and spirit/wine/beer tastings.

How do you stand out from other suppliers?
Our creativity and eye for detail is what makes us stand out from our competitors. We bring our A-game to every pitch, loving the challenge of the weird and wonderful. We iron out every imperfection and pick up on the things others think nobody will notice. Because we care.
What are you offering this Christmas?
In 2023 our Autumn/Winter menu has a strong focus on sustainability. Up-cycling pre-used items, championing low carbon footprint ingredients and finding unique ways to utilise leftovers are all big features this Christmas.

Plant Designs
A brief description of who you are and what you offer
Plant Designs are a design focussed plant company that work designing and caring for plants across London. We supply office plants, planting for events, Christmas displays and also have a houseplant shop, where we run workshops on Exmouth Market EC1.
How do you stand out from other suppliers?
We really care about plants and good design. Our team are passionate plant enthusiasts and love bringing the joy of plants and Christmas to the capital. We design, deliver and hand decorate our Christmas trees onsite, rather than a one size fits all pre-dressed tree.
We also only work with replica trees for Christmas. This ensures displays look as fresh on the last day as the first and saves trees from being cut down. Once our replica trees have reached the end of their commercial use they are then donated to local charities and schools, so they get reused and enjoyed for years to come.
What are you offering this Christmas?
We always add new tree designs each year and this year is no different! We are introducing a cosy and rustic fireside inspired design and a sweet pink champagne tree, that is more contemporary. We also work with clients to create bespoke displays; the sky is the limit with these creations. We have made Christmas trees from plants, a festive countdown, a roof with Santa in the chimney and more besides. We look forward to working on some new bespoke Christmas designs in the coming months!
NVRLand
A brief description of who you are and what you offer
NVRLND are a team of performers that relish any opportunity and LOVE to perform. Christmas time is extra special as we love to make people smile and love Christmas as much as we do!
How do you stand out from other suppliers?
As business we stand out because we are an in house team of performers that constantly work together – like a little family of acts. We all work together, travel together and train together. We have the ability to create any act (as log as timeline allows) as we have an in house production team – a little bit like Santas workshop
What are you offering this Christmas?
We feel its so important to give acts roles and purpose. For example- our Festive Fairies grant wishes and acts of kindness to anyone who’s been good all year! Our Candycane acts always have bags full of treats and we animate it by asking the children to do something fun to interact with us.
We work along side the clients to bring each act to life in the best way for their brands / event – even tweaking acts we have to help get the best results from everything
