Eurostar enlisted Story to orchestrate a stunning Christmas Party for 1,500 guests in Central London, with the theme 'You're a Star', featuring elaborate decorations, entertainment and sensational catering.
Event Brief
Our client, Eurostar, wanted to plan and execute a spectacular Christmas Party in the heart of Central London in November 2023. Eurostar envisioned an unforgettable celebration for 1,500 guests, and we were thrilled to be the chosen agency for the entire end-to-end event management after winning the pitch. Story were brought on board to oversee all elements including catering, entertainment, production and on-site event support. This was the first Christmas Party held in London for a couple of years, so they wanted to create a show-stopping experience for their guests!
Delivery
The historic Old Billingsgate provided the perfect backdrop for the “You’re a Star” themed event. The venue featured mirrored bars, a sophisticated ambiance, and a large stage with live music.
To enhance the theme, Story Events incorporated a 4m mirrored circular bar, spark fountains, snaparazzi photographers, and a dazzling movie-inspired dance flash mob. Guests dressed as their favourite movie stars, striking poses for the snaparazzi and capturing memories in a gold shimmer photobooth.
The culinary delights included a selection of canapés and four themed food stations, each with unique signage. Entertainment highlights included a captivating aerialist performance and a dynamic flash mob featuring iconic movie songs.
