The Story team curated an unforgettable event at The Vaults, themed as The Red Palace in 2019, where 200 guests were transported into a Gothic masquerade of well-known fairy tales.
Event Brief
The Story team were tasked with finding a quirky space for Getty Images which allowed for some creative, immersive twists and could adapt throughout the evening. The venue must allow for party space and a chill-out zone, plus of course quality food and drink.
Delivery
The Vaults provided the unique setting for the “Red Palace” themed event, a Gothic masquerade that reimagined classic fairy tales. Story Events negotiated event inclusions, rates, and entertainment on behalf of the client.
Guests were welcomed by characters from the fairy tales, and the event featured a captivating journey through themed rooms. Engaging entertainment and immersive production wowed guests, encouraging active participation.
Staggered room openings allowed for a dedicated dance area and a chill-out space. A bespoke photobooth in Snow White’s Boudoir proved a popular attraction. Guests danced the night away amidst the captivating and immersive entertainment.
