The Sunday Times Best Companies Awards
For the second consecutive year, we were entrusted with organising a grand awards ceremony for 3,000 guests spread across two evenings. The event demanded extensive audiovisual production and thematic customisation, aiming to surpass previous iterations in scale and quality.
Event Brief
To deliver a large scale awards ceremony for 3,000 guests across two separate evenings, for the 2nd year running for The Sunday Times. This event involved substantial AV production and delivery requirements, as well as bespoke theming and entertainment. We were tasked to make it bigger and better than ever before, so we pulled out all the stops.
Delivery
We used Smart Group’s flagship venue, Evolution London, where we produced an elegant drinks reception, three-course seated dinner and special entertainment, all around the main awards proceedings. We were responsible for production design and delivery, where we brought all the content to life across 7 LED screens. To ensure the substantial audience felt like an intimate gathering, we brought in live camera relay, including slow motion reaction shots, making for an unforgettable evening for all.
