With longer days and brighter skies, comes one of Story’s favourite seasons…summer parties!
There has been a notable upturn in demand for July to September events over the last two weeks. We had been thinking that many companies might wait until after the holiday season to begin planning. However, it appears clients across the board are as excited as we are for those long-awaited summer get-togethers.
Following the results of our survey, we can see there is increased confidence in the speed of the vaccine roll-out. This is giving more credibility to live events and strongly supporting the final Roadmap date of Mid-Summer’s Day.
Our creative bespoke team at Story, can’t wait to work with those planning a summer event – whether it be a conference, a party, or a bit of both! We have eagerly anticipated the chance to dust off our summer theming ideas and deliver some engaging, memorable events.
We are delighted that many of the traditional pop-up summer venues, marquees and installations will be back for 2021. These offer the perfect blend of alfresco space for receptions, team building events and activities. Alongside well-ventilated indoor spaces you can easily host presentations, dining and entertainment experiences too.
We understand that some uncertainties remain. Story will be with you all the way to ensure that any contracts reflect this. Nevertheless, there is an eager anticipation in the air as we begin a gradual return to offices over the next six months. Therefore, the value in getting people back together at a live event has never been greater to build morale and team spirit in these uncertain and challenging times.
