London Summer Event Show 2025

We’re thrilled to report a record-breaking London Summer Event Show with an outstanding 1,056 event agents and corporate bookers in attendance!

Our show team did an amazing job curating the event, which consisted of two days of top venues, suppliers, and event bookers coming together to network and gain inspiration for Summer 2025 events and beyond. The team coordinated all elements of the show, culminating in an inspiring day and fantastic feedback!

We transformed 60 Great Queen Street, Freemasons’ Hall’s newly unveiled commercial events identity, into a Palm Royale-themed paradise! Working Visual Architects as our theming sponsor, Hybrid Flowers to provide stunning florals and Oxygen Event Services to bring the production and logistics side of our vision to life, while Wonderosity our entertainment partner, brought the energy with captivating performers. Moving Venue Caterers continued the theme into the food and drinks with elegant catering and beverages that transported you to sunnier days.

We curated a programme of workshops and activities, each designed to spark creativity, such as a flower crown creation station and a bendy candle workshop terrarium making and so much more.
On top of this, The Wellness Lounge, in partnership with Be In Your Element, where we facilitated sound baths, live meditation, free massages and a whole host of wellbeing activities provided a moment of calm.

The seminar line-up was packed with thought-provoking discussions, including our close friends at Venue Search London delivering their ‘Top New Venues for 2025’ seminar, an inspiring keynote from Andrew Jenkins and Impacting the Young, a Magic Bingo Show and many more fireside chats.

Set Construction Group worked behind the scenes to construct our exhibitor stands and print stand graphics, creating a professional and visually stunning layout. Yahire provided top-tier event furniture across the entire show, Host Staffing brought exceptional service with their friendly front-of-house team, ensuring every guest was greeted with a smile and attend2IT Ltd seamlessly connected all guests and exhibitors to the WiFi.
