A Night at The Orangery

Story Events were invited to a stunning drinks reception to celebrate the opening of The Orangery at Kensington Palace. After 7 years of refurbishment, this architectural gem is reopening its doors for all to enjoy. This beautiful venue has played host to royalty and is steeped in history, and offers the perfect backdrop for events. Perfect for drinks receptions for up to 300 guests, dining for 200 guests and dinner dance events for up to 120 guests.

For the opening, guests were welcomed into the venue by the sounds of a gorgeous Halo string quartet playing, centre stage, accompanied by stunning dancers in bespoke floral costumes roaming the venue, from Sternberg Clarke.

The colour palate of the space was a mirage of pinks, greens, and yellows to showcase springtime, enhanced by the lighting and production of Bespoke Events London.

For the rest of the evening, guests enjoyed delicious spring-themed bowl foods, followed by a bright, abundant dessert station, featuring lemon sorbet in the shape of a lemon, all supplied by Moving Venue.

As mementos, guests received unique, bespoke illustrations from Ruth Kaye Design, as well as portraits captured by a photographer in front of the beautiful floral backdrop, received within an hour via a QR code.

This glorious evening was a true reflection of the beauty of this newly refurbished venue.
