ONE OF THE THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THE EVENTS INDUSTRY IS HOW FAST PACED IT IS. Every day is different – one moment we may be sourcing the perfect glassware for an event, the next speaking to a professional fire eater about creating an impactful act. It’s a little bit bonkers at times – we often have moments at Story HQ where we look at each other and laugh after a particularly odd conversation or comment. But it’s what we love and we wouldn’t want to work in any other industry.

To keep on top of our game we need to be getting out and about all the time. We have developed a taste for champagne, we love canapés and we get a buzz from discovering a new venue. We never suggest a venue, supplier, entertainment act or caterer that we haven’t seen, tasted or experienced ourselves. It’s a tough job but someone has to do it!
