The client sought a venue near their London office for a September Summer Party with space for up to 600 guests, great food, fun activities, and backup plans for bad weather. We picked Shoreditch Gardens to be the setting for a stretch tent, diverse food vendors, live entertainment, and a Silent Disco. The party was a hit, with excellent attendance and a delighted client.
Event Brief
One of our valued clients wanted the perfect venue to host their September Summer Party, just a stone’s throw away from their London office. The brief was to find a venue that could effortlessly embrace up to 600 guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience. They wanted somewhere that could adapt to different needs, serve delicious food, offer fun activities, and have backup plans in case of bad weather. So, the Story team leaped into action, turning this vision into a sensational reality.
Delivery
The event took place at Shoreditch Gardens on September 14, 2023, under perfect late-summer weather. The setup featured a stretch tent for 400 guests, adorned with bunting, festoon lighting, and boho-chic decor, along with a vintage campervan photobooth and artistic backdrops. Guests enjoyed a variety of food from KERB’s traders, including Bao Buns, Toasties, Kebabs, and Pizza, along with gelato and a sweet trolley. Entertainment included a roaming acoustic trio, face painting, magic tricks, and a Silent Disco with three music channels, making it a memorable evening.
