A leading corporate estate agency, with offices in London and Kent, sought a stylish and memorable setting for their annual Christmas party. The event needed to accommodate 170 guests and serve as both a celebration and a formal occasion to recognise employee achievements. The client wanted an elegant yet lively atmosphere where guests could enjoy a seated dinner, an awards ceremony, and an opportunity to network and celebrate the year’s successes.

The chosen venue, 60 Great Queen Street, provided the perfect backdrop for the event, with its striking Art Deco interiors offering a sophisticated and festive ambiance.

Story meticulously planned and executed a seamless evening that balanced formal proceedings with celebratory elements. Guests were welcomed into the stunning Art Deco venue, where they enjoyed a sophisticated yet festive atmosphere. The evening began with a seated two-course dinner, carefully curated to provide a refined dining experience while maintaining a lively atmosphere. Throughout the night, we worked closely with the client to coordinate speeches and an awards ceremony, ensuring a smooth flow of proceedings. Our on-site team provided full support with logistics, staging, and AV requirements, allowing the client to focus on celebrating their employees’ achievements.
