Can you highlight some of the most memorable events you’ve worked on?
One of the most memorable events I managed was a Town Hall Address for the US Embassy at Lindley Hall, featuring President Obama and 500 young leaders. The event was unique due to its high secrecy and a tight turnaround of just four days. Despite the stress, coordinating an event for President Obama was a once-in-a-lifetime experience—truly a “pinch me” moment!

This year, we’re embracing exciting trends to elevate our events, starting with LED screens and advanced content creation to bring live visuals, social media feeds, and presentations to life. We’ve also seen a rise in demand for sustainable event production, prompting us to adopt energy-efficient LED lighting, recyclable set materials, and waste reduction practices. Our focus is on creating impactful, innovative experiences while prioritising sustainability.

Collaboration with event management agencies is all about synergy and open communication. We work closely with agencies to understand their vision, goals, and challenges, then offer the technical expertise and creative input to bring their ideas to life. In a competitive market, we’ve mastered balancing budgets while delivering high-quality production. It’s about smart planning and prioritizing elements that create the biggest impact. Creative solutions like intelligent lighting or LED walls can transform a space without costly set builds. Flexibility with timelines, such as booking early, can also lead to significant savings.
