Virtual Event Brief
This festive season after launching our Virtual Event Christmas Packages, we received a number of fantastic new clients. One in particular wanted to tap into all the delicious treats on offer at Christmas time, but also offer a unique series of virtual experiences to bring their colleagues together.
Delivery
Using a range of bespoke suppliers, we hosted a selection of mouthwatering workshops for nearly 180 members of staff. This included a chocolate workshop with Rococo Chocolates, wine tasting with Tom Surgey, gingerbread designing with Tea and Crafting and a cocktail masterclass with Mix & Match. The evening began with a warm welcome from our client’s CEO and a selection of the best festive tunes – so spirits were high from the offset! We delivered this event on MS Teams and the cracking Christmas energy only continued as we seamlessly sent guests to their respective virtual breakouts. Each session lasted about an hour, which gave our experts plenty of time to guide them through the experience and allow attendees to indulge and enjoy the contents of their chosen delivery box. This timeframe also gave the suppliers an opportunity to share their knowledge via a relaxed Q&A format. Whether they were sipping on a Chocolate Orange Espresso Martini or delicately designing their gingerbread house of dreams, each guest returned to the main space for the closing speech with a little extra festive cheer!
