The brief for the event was to create an interactive, fun and high energy experience for a group of colleagues who don’t get to spend much time together as they are based across the UK and the world. The ‘Festival in a Day’ concept was perfect and say the 300 guests arrive at a site featuring a large Main Stage tipi and individual team tipis each complete with their own Landrover for 4×4 driving challenges.
Each team needed to complete various challenges which were then performed in the even evening. These included Drumming, Circus skills, Bandeoke (singing with a live band), driving challenges and a secret flash mob dance. After all rehearsals had been completed the appointed festival committee designed the programme for the evening and assisted judging the winning team.
