To celebrate the launch of the newly refurbished National Army Museum, Story Events helped to deliver three separate events in March to showcase the museum to guests, including members of the Royal Family, major donors and employees. Working closely with the National Army Museum, we created the look and feel for the three evenings, sourced the entertainment, managed all logistical and production elements, as well as onsite management.
The details of the event were in keeping with the museum’s elegant, contemporary and minimalist aesthetic, as it was important not to distract from the space itself. The floral displays were tall, white and modern, which complimented the design of the museum. Elegant lanterns lined the entrance way as guests arrived down the green carpet, reflecting the National Army Museum’s brand. The entertainment for two of the events, featured Beats Boutique, who were on hand to provide background music before setting the tempo later on in the evening.
The National Army Museum’s in house caterers, Searcy’s provide a delicious offering of food and beverages for the guests over the three events.
