BRIEF
Revlon reached out to Story Events to assist with their next sales conference. We were tasked with sourcing the right venue to host the meeting followed by an awards evening, plus entertainment. As many of the guests were travelling into London for the event, we provided accommodation onsite for ease.
DELIVERY
We found the perfect venue for the evening, The Hoxton, Holborn, and were able to exclusively hire The Apartments. This allowed Revlon access to one main space, catering area, and various breakout rooms.
Our team created a bespoke branded stage set for the client, complete with a helix neon sign. The helix was specially designed so that Revlon could utilise it again for future events.
Our operations team oversaw the running of the daytime conference, followed by a change around of the space for the evening awards. We reconfigured the room, to make the space feel very different. Other rooms in use included interactive games, such as table football and air hockey, for guests to enjoy throughout the night. Following the canapés and three-course menu, the awards ceremony then began with Story Events supporting the production needs. Guests were then able to network and mingle with background music from DJ Lindy. Story Events assisted with check-out the next morning, ensuring everyone had a lovely evening and was able to make their way home at their leisure.
RESULT
The guests loved the venue and commented that it was the perfect fit for the group and the purpose of the event. An informative morning, delicious food, and a relaxed fun evening created the perfect event for all.
