To celebrate the beginning of the new year, our client decided to throw a party for their team. The chosen venue, Aqua Neuva on Regent Street, was perfect for the event as the decor, location and views from the terrace definitely wowed and set the scene for the night. As guests made their way through the sliding door, they entered the dramatic dark corridor, lit in red to highlight the bull at the end of the space. Round the corner the space opened up into a great reception where drinks and canapés flowed. A special cocktail had been designed for the event, following the tasting where the cocktail experts at Aqua concocted a drink from the clients memory – and it certainly was delicious.
As the night continued bowl food was passed around by the charming waiting staff. Dishes such as ‘Spiced lamb meatballs with shoestring fires’ and ‘Traditional Paella’ channeled the Spanish vibe of the venue and left guests impressed. As the dinner came to an end, dessert was served and the music started, leaving the guests to dance the night away.
