Story were approached to design and run a large event for 700 guests with the brief being that the venue must be impressive, high end and in keeping with the black tie theme. After contracting the guest list increased to 900 guests so the Story team adapted the event to accommodate the larger numbers by utilising another section for dinner and adding an extra gallery for the after party.
During reception and after dinner a jazz band played in Waterhouse Way which created a great atmosphere and set the note for the evening. The three course dinner, served by Create, was feasted on before guests left their tables for after dinner dancing. The Earth Halls was transformed into a club style environment with disco lighting for dancing under the globe.
