BRIEF
Working with a large professional networking company, Story were invited to produce and deliver their Summer party for 160 guests in London. The brief was to create a ‘Summer Festival’ feeling, that was chilled and relaxed with some WOW moments along the way. The venue had to be located in Central London (zone one) and must have outside space.
DELIVERY
The chosen venue fitted the brief perfectly for the chilled summer vibes our client wanted to create – the large outdoor / indoor space lent itself well to creating pockets of surprises and WOW moments for the guests throughout the evening. The venue was transformed from a blank warehouse space into a floral, colourful haven. There was a range of street food available, a secret garden and even a ‘main stage’ for the entertainment to perform. Guests were welcomed by living hedges, who interacted, mixed and mingled throughout the evening – perfect for a fun photo opportunity. Notorious at all festivals, a glitter artist was on hand to add a touch of sparkle to the guests, as well as live acoustic music by the Wondering Hands. Later on in the evening, awards were handed out to guests on the main stage followed by the headline in-house band, who got the guests up and dancing! Finally, the secret garden opened revealing the silent disco because it really isn’t a summer party without one. Oh and we also had a trampoline photo booth…
RESULTS
Our client and guests had the best time at their summer party – “Literally lost count of the number of people that have told us it was the ‘best party ever’. You guys are always so very easy to work with – so thank you again for bringing our vision to life”
