BRIEF
Story were tasked with creating memorable evening in aid of Together For Short Lives with the aim to raise over £100,000.00 for the charity. The event was to embody a creative and immersive theme, that would take guests on a journey and create talking points throughout the evening.
DELIVERY
We produced a fully immersive event in conjunction with Disney which reflected the new adaption of the Nutcracker ball. To embody the theme, we had a number of characters interacting with guests from the moment they walked through the door, inviting them into the home and creating a sense of curiosity from the get go. As the evening went on there were various acts, who go the audience involved with the event, whilst guests had the opportunity to purchase keys in the hope it would unlock one of the four boxes for a chance to win a top prize. One Marylebone was transformed into a wonderland, with a palace backdrop on the stage, stunning table décor with beautiful florals – truly wowing the guests.
RESULTS
The event raised a phenomenal £350,000 for the charity, which will go towards helping and supporting life limited children and their families. Our client was extremely happy with the funds raised and the smooth delivery of the event with conversations under way for next year.
