BAFTA 195 Piccadilly stands as a premier venue, offering cutting-edge facilities for a variety of events, be it live, virtual, or hybrid.
Location:
Historic Grade II Listed building in London’s West End.
Capacity:
Up to 227 theatre style in Princess Ann Theatre, 90 cabaret style in Ray Dolby Room.
Breakout Spaces:
Up to 6, flexible depending on requirements.
Catering:
BAFTA offers a variety of catering options all via their in-house team. Crafted by their in-house Executive Chef, Anton Manganaro, their menus are thoughtfully designed to reflect the essence of British cuisine infused with delightful international twists and playful nods to cinema. All dishes prepared feature high quality ingredients and are carefully sourced to ensure sustainability is at the forefront.

This venue works closely with their approved catering supplier, Company of Cooks. The team work hard to source local ingredients to craft visually stunning dishes and unique touches to create the perfect catering experience, no matter the occasion!

ILLUMINATE
Located on Levels 4 and 5 of the Science Museum, Illuminate offers versatile spaces for daytime and evening event. One of Illuminate’s standout features is its panoramic window on Level 5, providing breathtaking views of the City and abundant natural light.
Location:
The Science Museum, South Kensington.
Capacity:
Level 5 – 400 theatre style & 272 Cabaret. Level 4 – 300 theatre style & 128 cabaret style.
Breakout Spaces:
They currently have three spaces available; The Smith Centre, Level 3 Green Room, and the Flight Gallery which are available from September to April each year.
In addition to these 3 spaces, the Science Museum will be launching a new space, which will compliment Illuminate, in October 2024, the Special Exhibition Gallery 1. The space will be able to accommodate up to 300 people in theatre style, 200 in cabaret style, or 400 for receptions.

With over two decades of experience in catering at the Science Museum, Moving Venue, are now the exclusive caterer for Illuminate. 32 options available. Story can work with you on your overall agenda to advise on the best spaces to use for each breakout session you are planning to help take some of the logistical stress away!

A variety of areas that can be branded including entrance, custom signage, and stair branding.
MAGAZINE LONDON
Location:
Riverside venue with panoramic city views.
Capacity:
Up to 1700 theatre style in Space 2, 720 cabaret style in Space 2.
Breakout Spaces:
2 Mezzanine levels suitable for approx 200 theatre style each, however, clients can also split the main event spaces to build in breakouts and maximise the space available in the venue. Story can work with you to ensure a seamless transition into breakout spaces if required.
