The Bigger Picture

This collaborative team building game involves the whole group creating a unique giant artistic masterpiece based on the company’s ethos, brand or conference messages and is one of the best team building activities companies can use for boosting company morale and staff loyalty.

Each team must paint two sections of the final giant artwork – but will the colours match and can the teams work together to piece the giant jigsaw together in time to create the Bigger Picture?

This colourful challenge requires teams to collaborate effectively in order to achieve a joined up picture and the results always look fantastic. The finished masterpiece is unveiled in a dramatic curtain reveal and often used as a backdrop to the conference set or displayed back in the office as a permanent reminder of this team building event.
